Mr. Rolando Ávila graduated as Engineer from the University San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca, in Sucre, Bolivia. He was granted an scholarship by the Organization of America States to study Rural Constructions at the University of Missouri. He served in the Air Force of the United States of America and the he started a new stage in his professional life to become Vice-President of the Barney Shogel Inc, in New York, a company dedicated to the construction of buildings (1969 to 1978). He graduated form the Control Data Institute for Advanced Technologies in the area of civil construction.

Later on, once back in Bolivia, he became General Adviser at the Ministry of Defence, while in the private sector he was active as advisor for large projects.

Along all the years in the USA and Bolivia, Mr.Ávila was dedicated to develop his invention, the sponsorship of Mr. George S. Moore, Former Chairman of Citicorp of New York (Citibank). With this support, the inventor conducted several experiments and research with different scientific partners. One of these partners was the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in the Unites States of America, which cooperated with the inventor under the guidance of Dr. Igor Alexeff (Nuclear Engineer) and Milton Bailey (a top american scientist in the fields of electric motors and other related scientific areas) between 1978 to 2000 in several opportunities. These scientists were both eminent (emeritus) professors of the State University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Mr. Ávila also got the support form other important figures such as Mrs. Lillian Berkman, co-founder of the American Tractor Corporation. Additionally, the inverntor conducted research activities in cooperation with the University of Alabama, in Tuscaloosa, USA, in different visits between 2000 to 2009 in various opportunities

At the present time, Mr. Ávila is working in the advanced stages of the development of the technology he invented, cooperating with different scientific partners and potential industrial partners at an international and intercontinental level.
